Great company to communicate with and excellent customer service. The head of Customer Care reached me personally to hear my concern and ensured that the issue was resolved promptly in a mutually agreeable manner. I highly recommend this company and their products.
Very good product although some claims about replacing the work of a CPAP machine are not entirely reliable in my experience. Also need to be able to change the cover for health and safety.
"I ordered two pillows and a cover in early January. It has been nearly 50 days, and my package is nowhere to be found. The tracking has been stuck for over a month. When I asked for a refund, they hid behind a '24-hour cancellation policy' and had the audacity to offer me a 20% discount on more products instead of fixing their delivery failure. They are essentially asking me to pay more money for items they can't even deliver. Do not waste your money here. You are paying for excuses, not products."
The only problem I've had so far is when it came to the review. I gave 5 stars. You can't get any better than that. When I get the pillows, I'll let you know how they work.
The pillow is too hard for me.
I sent a request to return and I am waiting for the response.
I have no idea how to squinch the pillow back Into the package and i must pay for the return. I bought in good faith and I am used to companies that do not charge for returns.

Product is as advertised for construction and quality. It has not eliminated snoring or neck and shoulder discomfort but has helped make it less severe.
Still searching for the perfect pillow that can accomplish those two things.
Overall, the pillow supports your neck and your spine. Sleep apnea is still a big question. The pillow definitely does not get rid of snoring for me at least when I’m sleeping face up. Definitely overpriced supposedly for all the things the manufacturer claims are benefits when you buy this pillow. And yes another good thing is for the most part you can put your arm on the pillow with no problems.

THAN WHEN YOU TELL THEM YOU WANT A REFUND THEY YOU, YOU PURCHASED THE WRONG ITEM..THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD. I PURCHASED DIRECTLY OFF THE QR CODE AND RECEIVED THIS FLAT ASS PILLOW AND THEY TELLING ME I PURCHASED WRONG. THAN TOLD ME THEY WOULD REFUND 20% OF MY ORDER. I PURCHASED AT FULL PRICE. THAN TOLD ME I NEEDED TO SEND IT BACK AT MY EXPENSE WHEN I SHOWED THEM PICTURES IT WAS MY MISTAKE ..ALL AROUND A FRAUDULENT COMPANY. I WANT MY DAMN MY MONEY BACK. THIS IS WHAT WAS SENT .ITS NOT EVEN THE SAME COLOR. WHERE THE HELL IS MY MONEY. I WILL DO THIS TO EVERY SITE UNTIL FOLKS KNOW YOU ARE A SCAM.
