"I ordered two pillows and a cover in early January. It has been nearly 50 days, and my package is nowhere to be found. The tracking has been stuck for over a month. When I asked for a refund, they hid behind a '24-hour cancellation policy' and had the audacity to offer me a 20% discount on more products instead of fixing their delivery failure. They are essentially asking me to pay more money for items they can't even deliver. Do not waste your money here. You are paying for excuses, not products."

Overall, the pillow supports your neck and your spine. Sleep apnea is still a big question. The pillow definitely does not get rid of snoring for me at least when I’m sleeping face up. Definitely overpriced supposedly for all the things the manufacturer claims are benefits when you buy this pillow. And yes another good thing is for the most part you can put your arm on the pillow with no problems.
