I purchased a couple of pillows from Derila which when delivered I found were unsuitable. I posted a review expressing my dissatisfaction. Since then I have received a 70% refund and emails expressing their concern that my needs were not met.
I must say I am not only delighted but surprised that a company cares so much about their product and customers.
From my experience I would now recommend purchasing other products from this company.
