I ordered one pillow, was billed for 4

I ordered one pillow, but when closi g the order I noticed I had been billed for four pillows. I immediately contacted the company by e-mail requesting my order be changed to one pillow, charge accordingly, but was refused stating it was not possible, since my order had already been processed (a matter of minutes!).
