Issues with Billing and Returns

I placed an order for 2 pillows but was charged for 3 and indeed received 3. I returned one, yet I have not been refunded. The follow-up communication is automated, both via email and phone, and I never receive callbacks when I manage to reach a representative.

Extremely frustrating experience!

I wish I could give it zero stars! I ordered one pillow and got two! I tried contacting the service but got no reply. Now I'm stuck with two pillows, one I never ordered, and they've charged me for the extra one as well! This feels like a scam! I demand a refund and will keep pursuing it!

Just wanted to check prices

I went to check prices and accidentally clicked my payment option to see the total. I didn't confirm, but they still processed the payment. When I contacted them, they said I was out of luck. The next day, they called trying to sell me more. Now I have to wait for shipping, receive the items, and then ask for a refund.

I wish I could give zero stars

I wish I could give zero stars! Somehow, I ordered one pillow and ended up with two! I tried reaching out to the company but got no response. Now I'm stuck with two pillows, one of which I never ordered, and they've charged me for the extra one! This feels like a scam! I want my money back and I will keep fighting for it!

Product was ineffective and service was terrible

Not only was the product ineffective, but the customer service was horrendous. They advertise a trial but refused a refund because I opened the package! They should be removed from the internet.

Order not received and no refund

I ordered my pillows on September 27, 2025, and have yet to receive them despite asking for updates and a refund. I've given up and just want my money back. Very poor service with questionable practices and a useless tracking system.

Avoid this company at all costs!

I would give this company zero stars if I could! STAY AWAY! They are a complete scam! If you buy something and aren’t satisfied, don’t expect a refund unless it’s defective. I thought I could try the pillow as part of their money-back guarantee, but it has to be unused and in original packaging sent back to another country! It makes no sense! I’m shocked that other companies allow trial periods for mattresses but not for pillows. I feel like I've wasted my money!

Poor quality and service

I ordered one pillow but was charged for two, which seems to be common. I later ordered pillow slips, but they sent the wrong ones. The zippers broke before I even used them, showing poor quality. Dealing with this company is frustrating; they expect me to return items at my own cost and insult me with a small refund offer on something that cost much more. I strongly advise against buying from this company as their service is terrible and they don’t take responsibility for their products—RUN!

Avoid this company

This has been the worst experience I've ever had. They reached out to me asking how I liked my pillow, but it was still stuck in California while I live in another state. I've been writing and calling every day, but all I hear is to be patient. Such a scam! I wish I had checked the reviews before ordering.

Constant unwanted emails

I haven't dealt with this company directly, but I keep receiving unsolicited marketing emails. They come from different addresses and are directed to me but aren’t personally addressed. There’s no way to reply or unsubscribe. I’ve emailed their support multiple times and always get the same generic response about unsubscribing taking a few days, yet I keep receiving more emails. They’re violating privacy laws, and I’ve reported them. I recommend avoiding them entirely.
