I ordered 2 pillows from this company but they charged me for 4 pillows and 2 pillow cases. I DID NOT ORDER THESE! After arguing for 10 minutes with customer service where they offered an extended warranty instead of a refund, then a 25% refund and a warranty, and finally a 70% refund but I'd have to pay return shipping. THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM AS PROVEN BY THE SHEER VOLUME OF NEARLY IDENTICAL REVIEWS!
