NOT HAPPY - AVOID THIS COMPANYOn 1st January, 2024, I ordered a Derila King Size pillow from the Derila website for $73.00 plus $13.00 postage. (It turned out to have insufficient filling for me, and be too small for my 'normal sized' pillow cases causing them to fold). The next day I received an e-mail from Derila encouraging me to purchase Derila pillow covers for the pillow - I ordered two for $36.00 plus $7.00 postage.It turned out that the cases were for their standard pillow, and are way too small for the pillow that I had ordered.On inquiring with Derila about returning them I was advised that I would have to send them to an address in Lithuania at my expence ($41.41) and that if I were to return to their sender ("Ausica" in NSW) - they would be returned to me.On contacting Derila's Support Team - their replies have skirted around the issues, making unacceptable offers such as free Digital copies of a Huusk Cookbook, and a Nuubu Detox Guide // Donating the purchase price to Ukraine Hospitals for which I would receive a Certificate // a 20% discount on the purchase price of the covers // increased to 50% for the entire order. However, on querying the "entire order" I learned that it did not include the cost of the pillow, so I would receive $21.50. Following this latest offer I have been barred from contacting Derila Support - "The following recipient 'Derila Support'cannot be reached".The pillow and cases are useless to me, and I am out of pocket for $129.00.
