You can see my previous review and how the customer support replied back by saying "please reach out to our customer support team via live chat". The problem is, I CANNOT REACH THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT! THEY DO NOT REPLY TO ME!
My friends on other brokers faced the same problem, it was a global problem with many brokers, but their brokers returned the lost amount back, but my broker "Deriv" stopped answering me! even though I was recommending them to use it.
I will keep writing reviews with the same title everyday until "guinness world records" for the most 1 Star review on a company from one person.
