They are manipulating price too much and price flow is choppy all the time…..scam broker……just set a stoploss and see how fast the market runs for it…..i have screenshots and video evidence this broker is tampering with the trades
Even though its a 5 star your p2p platform needs some improvement. The reason I am giving it a 5 star is because we have other alternatives methods apart from p2p. Otherwise, my experience with deriv as a whole have been awesome. The customer support is top notch, keep up the good work.
I am reporting a serious issue regarding a PIX withdrawal that was marked as “Completed” by Deriv, yet the funds were never credited to my bank account.

Deriv provided a receipt confirming the transfer. However, after contacting my bank (Santander), I was informed that there is absolutely no record of this PIX transaction.
I have already contacted Deriv support and requested the official End-to-End PIX code and formal bank transfer confirmation, but the issue remains unresolved.
Marking a withdrawal as “Completed” without the customer actually receiving the funds is extremely concerning.
I am requesting immediate clarification, official proof of transfer, and resolution of this matter as soon as possible.
Hey guys after working with deriv for 5 years and loosing of 50k usd and every thing lossed I can guarantee you and proved it ...it's and operater based platform just shit to scam you...what ever you do they trap your account by paying good profit once in 100 times and make u addicted...what ever your prediction institution trading ict MSC BASIC ADVCANCE IT NEVER WORK because this candles moves when operator wants to move it....so becarefull and leave this scamming platform...have good luck
Worst experience with deriv customer support service is Very poor I'm very disappointed and frustrated to human customer support. I deposit the money through my own account fund transfer successfully but not reflected in deriv account i immediately contact to live chat but there's only Ai Amy and she is not understanding the issue and replying that wait 1day your amount reflect i wait 1day but amount not reflected in deriv account also deriv mention in deposit section that payment method is instant then why after i transfer the money not reflected and reply wait 1day why you lying at first (instant deposit) i request for human support but no one reply to my message... if you loose they don't touch your account, but if you make money they can do anything like stop withdrawal, start bot without permission, cashier block,login failed etc., 100% scammer, who gives 5 star they all are either paid by deriv or company staff, best way is do small deposit, make profit and withdraw all money daily,next morning deposit again
I deposited money on my account and when I tried to withdraw my money they keep saying that I should verify my identity before making a withdrawal
Then I upload my proof of identity and proof of address which have been pending for the past 5days now, no response, no email and when If i tried contacting thier customer service, once thier customer service notices that am the one contacting them they will stop replying me.
I have contacted then through many ways but they keep ignoring my massage
