Worst experience with deriv customer support service is Very poor I'm very disappointed and frustrated to human customer support. I deposit the money through my own account fund transfer successfully but not reflected in deriv account i immediately contact to live chat but there's only Ai Amy and she is not understanding the issue and replying that wait 1day your amount reflect i wait 1day but amount not reflected in deriv account also deriv mention in deposit section that payment method is instant then why after i transfer the money not reflected and reply wait 1day why you lying at first (instant deposit) i request for human support but no one reply to my message... Time and date of transaction 20 feb 2026 19:24 pakistan today is 22 feb but amount not reflected and my account is age verified.Also I sent them screenshot.. But no response... Now I'm waiting for response..
