Customer care sucks
The customer care can't do tasks well. I've requested Deriv multiple times for my annual broker statement trade history for 27 days and they still haven't given it to me with the dates I requested. Their mt5 only shows past 3 months.
They still give me the wrong dates for a few times. Imagine if this was a trade issue or withdrawal problem. You can't even chat with customer care of Deriv anymore because they can't handle the number of clients they have now. You only chat with a bot, which doesn't even understand everything.
I'm extremely disappointed. Tell the person who makes the statements to not make this mistake again.
I'm nolonger going to deposit more capital with Deriv for STP trading as I used to want to.
