If I could have given 0 stars, I would have. The product does not work and feels like I applied clay to my face. When I requested to return it for a full refund, I was told that was not possible, which seems to violate their own terms. Nowhere do they state that returns are not allowed, and they even offer a satisfaction guarantee. I ended up with only a 40% refund, and I'm still waiting to see if they will follow through with that.
