I ordered a product and paid for it, it never came, in the order there was no mentioning of a subscription yet next month still without a product i ordered and still waiting for it, i am being charged on a monthly base…?! I did not receive anything yet you think you can force me subscription i have not signed up for and paying monthly for nothing?? What a scam company i will tell all my friends never to order anything from you!!!
This product is so fake. Just stays on your face whize like a clown. I bkended and blended vut that doesnt help. How do they do business like this. Total dissapointment
Idk if I’m doing something wrong or if this product just does not work for me but I blended it in, I let it sit for 10+ minutes and it is still white. I bought light because I’ve always been light and I was so excited to see how the shade perfectly matches my face but it didn’t. The company was very responsive though to remedy the situation.
I wanted to try this product that looked amazing on the videos. But I should have known better. This is a total scam, the product does NOT change colour or « adapt to your skin colour » as they say. This is so so wrong that they can actually run this business. Don’t buy anything from them, you’ll be disappointed.

I had ordered this and it arrived in the mail. The color wasn't a match to my skin tone. I contacted derma muse and Paula answered me back in a timely manner and also resolved the situation no problem. It was a very easy process and Paula was absolutely wonderful.
This people are scammers. I ordered their buy 2 get 2 offer and mislead me to auto subscribe. I never got the product, when I contacted them they told me that it was delivered and that if there were any issues regarding the delivery to contact the delivery company, I contacted them and they told me that I needed to contact the product company and they kept me like that for about a month and suddenly they stopped answering my emails, calls and everything. They charged me $80.00 (because I auto subscribe) and no one has taken responsibility with this. DON’T BUY FROM THEM
They contacted me and said they were going to issue a refund. I hope is true.
To be honest, I wanted to try the product because for me is really hard to get the match for my skin. I’m from Puerto Rico and I get tan very easily so no base always gets me the results I want. I have three races in me, Taino, Spaniard and African, so you know my skin color is completely complex.

They massively overcharge cheap products sourced from Asia that are worth around €4. Customer service is fake — there are no real responses, only automated AI replies that lead nowhere. Refund promises are meaningless; they will not return your money. One of my orders never arrived, and despite multiple complaints, they refused to issue a refund. Avoid this website at all costs.
Not as promised, it needs to be heavily applied to achieve even minimal coverage. I've been attempting to secure the refund offered by the service for a month now, without success. This product falls under the idea of "if it seems too good to be true, it likely is!" It's completely disappointing; don't be misled by what appears to be misleading advertising, and most importantly, don't waste your money!
