The day I placed my order, it became clear that the company used an old address, despite being informed of the correct one on the same day. Initial responses indicated they would forward the information to the shipping department. I followed up via email when the order showed it had shipped, but received no reply. They advised me to wait for delivery. When I requested a refund or for the item to be sent to the correct address, there was no communication for two weeks. This has resulted in a loss of $50. Definitely feels like a scam.
