For example, they claim: 'Your order has shipped from our warehouse, but due to the high volume of orders during the holidays, we are still waiting for updates from our logistics team to provide tracking details. Once we have the information, we will send it to you immediately.' However, my order only appears as confirmed. I now suspect this might be a scam and believe my money has been taken by these individuals.
