Terrible! Please don’t buy from this company!! It’s a scam! $199 taken out of your bank account and no product comes to you! Don’t even bother emailing them because they won’t help you. I purchased 3 months ago and STILL have not received my ipl! They blame the courier instead. I wish I knew they were a scam before I purchased. Unfortunately I fell for their fake reviews on their website!

They claim my order has shipped, yet due to the high volume of orders during the holidays, they're still waiting on updates from their logistics team regarding tracking. They assure me they will send information as soon as they have it, but my order status remains confirmed. I now suspect this might be a scam and feel my money has been taken.

I ordered a product and they refused to issue a refund. Avoid this company at all costs; they make all sorts of excuses. I lost $179. It was a waste of money purchased through social media. Don't buy; it's a scam. Customer service is non-existent.
I purchased a hair removal device three months ago. It started smoking after I plugged it in and sparked. I discovered that this item is only $11 wholesale, yet I paid $139. Customer service is non-existent. I contacted them the same day I received it, sent pictures and a video, and paid to return it. They promised a refund within 15 days, which I never received. They seem to have blocked my email, and I’m now trying to work with my bank to file a claim.
