I purchased this device at the end of July, and it took a long time to arrive from overseas. I was under the impression it was sourced locally. It lacks a local power plug, and after a few weeks, it began malfunctioning—sometimes not turning on or causing discomfort. I contacted the company for a refund, but I was told it was beyond the 90-day period, even though it has only been 10 weeks since shipping. Now, I have to take daily videos and send them to the company for a replacement. I've used it for about three weeks during this time, and they outright refused to issue a refund. I don't want another one. To anyone reading this, avoid this product; they are untrustworthy, and the company operates from overseas.
