The product functioned for a few weeks before it stopped working altogether. It wouldn't charge or turn on. Customer service responded quickly with troubleshooting tips, but since the warranty is only 30 days, and mine failed on week six, I'm left disappointed. The product deserves one star; the prompt response from customer service earns a second star.
