They deserve no stars whatsoever. I bought the device through social media ads for a specific price with a promise of quick delivery. I later received a notification saying it would ship directly from their supplier due to high demand, raising red flags. I eventually received it, but the plug was loose, made crackling noises, and had no effect on my skin. I reached out via their only contact method and was instructed to send videos of the device in use. After doing so, I was told it was functioning properly, which it clearly isn't. It's a cheap imitation, and they are scammers. I did not receive a refund despite their guarantee. Please, do not buy this product unless you want to waste your money.
