I bought the V4 laser hair removal device. The shipping was relatively fast, but then I opened the package to find that I had received the wrong product. I emailed them, and they asked for a ton of pictures. I took them and sent them. They told me that after some days they were going to send the return label, and then I needed to return the product, and after they received it, they would send the correct one. I said that that was going to take too much time (I'm moving soon) and I opted for just returning it. In addition, I've repeatedly told them that the process had made me waste a lot of time, and that I should get some kind of compensation. First they ignored me, they then said that they had to check with someone, and in the end they didn't answer. They sent me a label without giving me any instructions for it, for a carrier that doesn't exist in my country. I asked for help but the answer was useless. I found out by myself about which company dealt with those packages here, and I sent it. After I had sent it, they sent me another label and asked that I use that one. I told them I had already sent the package. After the weekend, they emailed me again and asked if I had sent the package, which I had already told them I had. At this point I'm just hoping to get my money back. They're unprofessional, and don't care at all about wasting their customers' time.
