DermRays is a trusted company with excellent customer service and high quality devices. I own the Revive and FusionGlow. Both are great devices that deliver visible results. Any questions I've had have been answered by personable and honest customer service reps. Overall, it's been a great experience and I trust this company and their products.
It Works. After a few weeks, less and less hair came back and now only a few left. Great to have it at home and avoid going all the way to a saloon at their time (and having to rely on someone elses precision or facing that awkward situation with a stranger).
I’ve been using the LED mask for three weeks. The infrared setting seems to work best for me. My skin feels smoother, but I haven’t noticed much improvement in my breakouts or redness yet. It’s easy to use, but it’s a bit bulky and the eye protectors slip sometimes. I’ll give it more time.
I’ve been using the Revive Laser for about two months, three times a week. My skin looks a bit more even, and my forehead lines are slightly softer. It’s easy to use and doesn’t irritate my skin, but I was hoping for faster results. If you’re patient, it’s a solid addition to your skincare.

I’ve used the Revive for two months, and my skin feels smoother and looks a bit fresher. The device is simple to use, and I like that it’s painless. However, I was hoping for more obvious results on my crow’s feet by now. It’s not a miracle worker, but I’ll keep using it since it’s so convenient.
The V8S feels sturdy and has a nice cooling feature, but after seven weeks, my leg hair has shown some improvement, but my underarm hair isn’t noticeably different. It’s not as fast as I hoped, especially since it claims up to 100% hair removal with SGS report. The higher settings can sting a bit. I’ll keep using it, but it’s not blowing me away yet.
I bought the V4 laser hair removal device. The shipping was relatively fast, but then I opened the package to find that I had received the wrong product. I emailed them, and they asked for a ton of pictures. I took them and sent them. They told me that after some days they were going to send the return label, and then I needed to return the product, and after they received it, they would send the correct one. I said that that was going to take too much time (I'm moving soon) and I opted for just returning it. In addition, I've repeatedly told them that the process had made me waste a lot of time, and that I should get some kind of compensation. First they ignored me, they then said that they had to check with someone, and in the end they didn't answer. They sent me a label without giving me any instructions for it, for a carrier that doesn't exist in my country. I asked for help but the answer was useless. I found out by myself about which company dealt with those packages here, and I sent it. After I had sent it, they sent me another label and asked that I use that one. I told them I had already sent the package. After the weekend, they emailed me again and asked if I had sent the package, which I had already told them I had. At this point I'm just hoping to get my money back. They're unprofessional, and don't care at all about wasting their customers' time.
I bought the laser, and I advise everyone not to get them.I used for the first month and no results, and they had information if no results the first month, you have to wait another 8 weeks, basically 90 days your refund will expire. And you won't be able to get your money back and there will be absolutely no result, me and my husband used for 7 months, zero result. I don't recommend it.
