❌ Not recommended – poor customer service
I placed a $300+ order on Dermstore during a SkinCeuticals promotion (spend $250+ get a $93 Vitamin C serum). I applied the promo code, but the gift was not included.
Customer service was very disappointing:
- They said the gift had to be manually added, but this was not clear at checkout
- Even though I qualified and ordered because of the promotion, they refused to send the gift
- No compensation, no store credit, just repeating their policy
In the end, the only option was to keep the order or return it at my own expense.
Overall, very poor experience. Be careful — make sure the gift is actually in your cart before placing an order.
