Terrible. My email said hurry use your awards and the 15%0&& Skinceuticals. Well got the awards but no coupon box on order page for skinc15. Fake advertising on my email. Been a customer for years. Give me my 15%.
As an esthetician, I truly enjoy using this app. I have numerous clients I can direct to the platform for products we currently don't have in stock or when there are better discounts available. Additionally, the afterpay option is fantastic!
I placed an order twice and received confirmation each time, but a few hours later, both orders were cancelled. My credit card balance, limit, and payment authorization are all fine. To investigate further, I had someone else order the same items from their account, and that order was successful. This leads me to think there might be a restriction on my account that is causing these cancellations after confirmation. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and inform me of the cause and how I might resolve it. If you need any further details from me, please let me know. Thank you for your assistance. Best regards,
I attempted to clarify that my payment information wouldn’t update on my side. The "resolve" button did nothing when I clicked it. The support representative didn’t allow me to explain fully and kept raising their voice to interrupt me. We made no progress, and I am extremely frustrated with the way I was treated; I won't be returning to this service.
I placed my order on December 1, and by December 24 (Christmas Eve), my package still hasn't arrived. The company opted for an unreliable local courier, who falsely asserts they couldn't reach me. This is inaccurate; I received no calls, voicemails, or messages from them. I attempted to resolve this by calling the courier directly, but all my calls went to an automated system, and I could never connect with a live agent. I also emailed the courier but received no reply. There has been no delivery attempt whatsoever—no missed delivery notice, no door tag, nothing. What’s most frustrating is the company's customer service. Instead of taking responsibility for their chosen courier, they keep sending me the same response, instructing me to contact the courier again, despite my clear explanation that the courier is unresponsive. I have a valid residential address and have lived here for years without any delivery issues from other carriers. Customers shouldn't have to chase an unresponsive courier for an order placed over three weeks ago. This experience reflects a total lack of accountability and poor logistics management. I would advise against ordering from this company unless you're ready for significant delays and unhelpful customer service.
My experience with customer support has been extremely disappointing. I placed an order for several items, including a special set, but only the set was delivered. The outer package was labeled correctly, but there was no space for any additional items, indicating that nothing else was included. After reporting the missing items, the support team requested that I reply to an email from a 'no reply' address to confirm I hadn't received my items and to provide photos of the packaging. Despite following their instructions, my email bounced back. After several attempts to communicate, they finally agreed to send the missing items. However, the confirmation showed that only three out of the four missing items were shipped, leaving out an expensive item I had ordered well in advance as a gift. When the package arrived, it was missing the last item. I expressed my desire for it to be sent, but they asked if I preferred it to be sent or refunded, forcing me to clarify my request again. This whole situation has left a negative impression, and although I had positive experiences in the past, I am now hesitant to order again. There are certainly more dependable vendors for skincare available online.
I have accumulated a significant number of rewards points, but the process of using them is quite perplexing. When I click on the box displaying the total dollar value, it also shows my total points. I have more than 7000 points and tried to redeem a $50 credit that costs 1000 points, but it didn't go through. I'm worried that these points might expire and I won't be able to enjoy the benefits of my rewards.
I was thrilled to come across a user-friendly website. I was disappointed when a certain brand discontinued my Beige Light Foundation, which I had used for many years. This platform allowed me to explore colors similar to the one I loved. Thank you!
This is the second time I've placed an order with the company, and both times I've had to reach out to them about my shipment! They use a specific shipping service, and each time my package has been lost! This last order was made on 12/2/25, and as of today, 12/10/25, I still haven't received it! It's a pricey serum, and with the cold weather, I’m worried it's been compromised and ruined! When I contacted the company, they informed me that the last update from the shipping service was on 12/7/25 and that I would need to wait another five days for a refund! This is incredibly frustrating! This will be my last order with the company!
The service has been very disappointing. It's been two weeks and my order hasn't arrived yet. I've reached out multiple times, but no one has provided a solution. It's incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I will not be placing any future orders. I'm very let down by the poor communication and customer support.
