I placed an order twice and received confirmation each time, but a few hours later, both orders were cancelled. My credit card balance, limit, and payment authorization are all fine. To investigate further, I had someone else order the same items from their account, and that order was successful. This leads me to think there might be a restriction on my account that is causing these cancellations after confirmation.
