They used to be so good but apparently were bought out and now they're awful. The discounts do no good if you do not get the product. They use Uni Uni to ship which is the most awful shipping company around. Shipping is a crap shoot. The tracking never works and you may or may not get your product. I'm not even sure how Uni Uni is allowed to keep doing business. Be Very weary of any company that uses them. Dermstore no longer cares about customer experience. So sad.
