I purchased a gift on December 8th, and to this day, I've only received responses from an automated system. Even when the gift arrived, I was not informed that one of the two items was missing. After sending six emails, I still haven't received a proper reply or solution. This company lacks seriousness. I paid extra for tracking on the delivery, yet they never apologized for not sending the second item. To make matters worse, they have my money, and I haven't received the item. Customer service is unacceptable.
