I ordered a cot warmer for my newborn's cot and a large bike arrived instead. It was Christmas time so I tried to be understanding of the mistake and emailed them asking for them to pick the bike up and bring me the cot warmer instead. I also used their Whatsapp and chat bot.
Not only did I not hear back via WhatsApp or the Chatbot, they completely ignored my request to send my cot warmer and said I need to personally arrange to have the bike posted back to them. When I told them this was not possible as I have a newborn and I am too busy to arrange for such a large package to be posted back, they suggested I get a family member to do it for me?!
I have STILL not had the bike collected and they have still ignored any request to have the cot warmer delivered or provide a refund.
I am extremely disappointed in the customer service of this place and would not recommend shopping here!
