I ordered a Bolt stroller and received it incomplete, missing the bumper bar attachment, which is a child safety component. I contacted customer service immediately.
On January 1st, they created a DPD shipping label for the missing part. However, the tracking has remained at “We are exchanging data internally” ever since — meaning the parcel was never handed over to DPD.
Over 21 days, the company failed to explain what is happening, failed to confirm whether the parts are even available, and failed to provide a shipment date. Instead, I received repeated generic responses claiming the issue is “under control” or suggesting I return the entire stroller rather than fixing their mistake.
They later admitted they are “distributing new and improved bumper bars,” which explains why nothing has been shipped — but they still cannot give a date.
This is not a delay. This is an incomplete product, misleading shipment information, and extremely poor customer service, especially unacceptable for baby products. I am now forced to open a chargeback with my bank.
Avoid this company if you value your time and money.
