I ordered a car seat at the beginning of January. By mid-February, I still had not received it. I contacted customer service MANY times to follow up. Every time, they assured me that the car seat had been shipped. Later, I found out that it had not been shipped at all.
After weeks of waiting and repeated empty promises, we agreed to cancel the order. A few days later — despite the cancellation — the car seat suddenly arrived anyway.
Now the company expects me to return the car seat at my own inconvenience and wait even longer for my refund. They say that once they receive the return, it will take up to 30 days before the money is back in my account.
This is unbelievably poor customer service. Misleading information, broken promises, and extremely slow handling. I would absolutely not recommend buying from this company
