Good morning, I received my parcel on the 22nd and unfortunately, the posters were damaged. The box was also damaged and had been taped up by the courier. It was slightly damp too. Upon opening, the posters and paper were crumpled. I attempted to report this twice using the customer service template, but it just gave an error message. I took pictures to document the condition of my delivery. I had to weigh the posters down and use a warm iron to flatten them, which I didn't expect to do with a new purchase! Couldn't they be placed in a protective bag? I understand the environmental concerns, but these need to be safeguarded during delivery. Very disappointed. I was considering purchasing several family posters, but this experience has deterred me.
