The worst picture frames I have ever seen. The hooks at the back were so hard to open that it caused me injury! In the end I had to pry it open with a screwdriver! I appreciate the price is competitive but it is not worth a penny if it is not going to be functional and I cant open the back to put the paining in without causing serious injury! Absolute disgrace.
I was truly impressed with the most expensive canvas in a frame; it was definitely worth it. It still represented great value compared to other services. The delivery was quick and very well packaged, plus they offer excellent deals for new customers and provided a return customer offer. Very satisfied. They have a lovely selection and the website is easy to navigate.
Good morning I received my parcel on 22/11/25, and unfortunately, the posters were damaged. The box was in poor condition and had been taped up by the courier. It was also slightly damp. Upon opening, I found the posters and paper crumpled. I attempted to report this issue using the customer service template twice, but I encountered errors. I took pictures to document the state of my delivery. To fix the crumpled posters, I had to weigh them down and use a warm iron, which was not something I expected after making a new purchase. It would have been better if they were placed in a bag for protection. I understand the importance of being environmentally friendly, but these items need to be safeguarded during delivery. I am quite disappointed and reconsidering purchasing additional family posters. There were no options to include photos with the review either.
I won't order from this service again and will recommend against it, especially during the holiday season if you're traveling. On a positive note, customer service was quick to respond, which was appreciated (though things went downhill from there). The negatives: delivery has been delayed beyond the promised timeframe. When I contacted customer service, the representative offered no assistance and just told me to wait. I mentioned my upcoming travel and the potential for further delays, and was coldly informed that I would incur a 'no-collection fee.' I was shocked since the delay was on their part. The representative repeatedly cited their Terms & Conditions without providing any further explanation. It's hard to tell if I was speaking to a bot or a real person, but either way, the service was unacceptable. It's astonishing and fundamentally unfair for a customer to be charged due to the company's delivery delays. Consider shopping elsewhere.
