Very poor.
I purchased a canvas with from this company. I of course understand that with buying online you may expect slight differences with the in person product to that of the website pictured product, however the item I received was completely different.
The canvas was pictured to be brown with a very small hint of soft green in certain places. When it arrived the whole image was predominantly green and not a soft green but a seemingly lime green which looked even worse mid day.
I sent this information to the customer care team along with pictures of the item. Unfortunately, they did not assist with my query and they still made me pay the delivery fee which is not acceptable considering the item is significantly different to what was expected.
I was of course happy to return the item however the fact they still made me pay the return fee is very very poor.
If you want to avoid disappointment do not shop here. Customer care team do not help either.
