This company is a joke. I ordered a picture, paid for it, and 10 days later they informed me that they couldn’t deliver it and would refund my payment. So, I ordered something else. They promised delivery in 3-6 days, but according to FedEx, it will take a month. Another earlier order has also been pending for a month—according to DHL, the package is waiting for me in Lisbon because they couldn’t deliver it. I’m in Madeira; they didn’t even get the continent right, and apparently, they don’t check the postal code. Or who knows what their problem might be. They respond to the contact form after a week, but even then, they don’t answer the question. Then there’s another week of silence. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!Update: Dear Marketing Team!
