1) I waited about 2 weeks for delivery
2) The package came damaged, there was a big hole in it. Can't say it was a resistant package because it wasn't.
3) Only 1 picture out of the trio was covered in plastic, the others weren't, no idea as to why.
4) One picture looks slightly bigger than the other two.

An employee at Desenio’s Swedish customer service gave me poor information and communication, which caused me to lose a workday and 160 euros. Afterwards, the employee lied to me via email and provided false information to cover up her mistake. I do not appreciate being lied to, so I contacted Desenio and filed a complaint. Desenio’s management of Customer Service responded to me, but instead of apologizing, they defended the course of events and refused further contact.I explained that it would be easy for the employee to prove she hadn’t lied by simply forwarding the message she claimed she had sent, but management refused to give an answer or provide any evidence that their colleague was telling the truth.I posted a complaint about this incident on Desenio’s Instagram (stating that Desenio’s employees lie to job seekers and customers), but instead of receiving an apology, I was blocked from the company’s Instagram. I have never before been blocked by a COMPANY for submitting a customer complaint, especially when the complaint is about their staff lying. One would think that the person who lied should be reprimanded, but instead, Desenio chose to punish me.After this experience, it is clear that Desenio shamelessly lies and manipulates in their communication, and then silences complaints by blocking innocent people. The person responsible for Desenio’s Instagram doesn’t even understand basic customer service, and thanks to them, Desenio has now lost me, my entire family, and all my acquaintances and friends as customers.

They promised delivery in 3-6 days, but according to FedEx, it will take a month. Another earlier order has also been pending for a month—according to DHL, the package is waiting for me in Lisbon because they couldn’t deliver it. I’m in Madeira; they didn’t even get the continent right, and apparently, they don’t check the postal code. Or who knows what their problem might be. They respond to the contact form after a week, but even then, they don’t answer the question. Then there’s another week of silence. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!Update: Dear Marketing Team!
