Great tool, very hostile customer service, and policies. My experience with resolving a mistake that was made was very customer-unfriendly and left a bad taste in my mouth. I accidentally purchased a logo, misunderstanding the subscription process and plan.Customer service would not work with me to resolve the issue, and I'm stuck with alogo that I don't need.EDIT: Their response is exactly why I say their support is bad. Why didn't you handle this when I asked earlier today. You took a 5 star rating and potential customer and turned it into this experience where you have to publicly explain. This could have been easily avoided. I never downloaded the artifacts and you could have checked that in your system. SMH.
