I hate a kind of service where they misslead you to hidden subscription.
I was sure I paid for one time logo. Created one and stopped using the service but in the background they charged me monthly subscription for 7 months until I realised this.
No invoices, no email notification, even in the account only one payment is seen and designed to look like it is the only one.
Now I see this is their intentional practice as many people are complaining for a long time about scamming with subscription. They coud easily make everything more clear if they wanted to.
You can have the best service but with this misleading practice you loose all the points.

This company will trick you into auto-billing your card as a subscription for creating a logo. They use an AI to create a logo one time, then put your card on auto monthly payments.

This service should be reported for potentially fraudulent practices regarding recurring or subscription charges that are not disclosed on their site.

I reached out to customer support via live chat that same day and provided all the necessary details. The representative informed me that they couldn't find my account and mentioned it would take up to 24 hours to locate it and get back to me. No one contacted me within the promised timeframe. After four days, I followed up with support via email, including screenshots of the billing transaction and the Order ID. Despite having clear proof of payment, I was once again told that my account could not be found, and no solution or refund was offered. At this point: A recurring charge was applied without a clear way to cancel. There is no accessible subscription management option. Customer support has consistently failed to locate my account despite providing all billing details. No resolution or refund has been given.
An excellent tool for logo creation, especially for those without design skills. It's quick and user-friendly. They also offered a generous discount, recognizing it was a one-time purchase rather than a recurring service. Additionally, the platform allows for subscription pauses, which I found to be quite innovative and beneficial.

The website misleads users into thinking it operates like a typical design platform, but it’s actually a convoluted system limiting you to one download. This lack of clarity is frustrating, and there's no help available when you need it. I tried to dispute the charge but had no luck. Unfortunately, the service lacks a free trial or refund policy, so once you pay, you're stuck. The platform has great potential, with strong features and user-friendly tools. If they had a fairer business model—like a one-time fee for each design or a true subscription with unlimited access—I would have been a fan. However, their deceptive approach has left me very dissatisfied. In summary: I cannot recommend this service. My experience was a total waste of time and money. If you’re considering this, please read reviews carefully before purchasing. This is a case of a good product undermined by a misleading business model. Save your money and avoid this pitfall.
