I've found design.com easy to use, customer service has been responsive to any queries I may have and it's helpful to have all the options in one spot when setting up a business, i.e the option to set up a logo, domain name and website and have the printing of flyers, business cards, tee-shirts and car magnets all taken care of. I also prefer to choose an Australian owned and operated company which I believe this still is.
