Nowhere on their site (at least before you make an account) do they display any pricing, or even tell you it's a paid service. Quite the opposite, they do everything to make it look like it's free. Fair enough that you want to get paid for your services, but be upfront with it instead of trying to lure people in by pretending to be free.Edit after design.com replied:I followed the link to your free logos. When I do that I get page after page with premium (non free) logo suggestions. Of the 31 pages with suggestions, a total of 971 logos, I had to click through, there were TWO free ones. All two of the free logos of course looked like they were made by a 5 year old child.Edit 2: After having a lengthy email conversation with them they have not even been able to give me a clear answer of the price of a logo. All they do is give you a run-around but avoid to give you the actual pricing requested. So it's a scam to get people to sign up for subscription plans, which they then will continue to renew and deduct from the card. Just as I suspected, and confirms what some people have been saying too.
