I made a mistake while ordering ( I was ordering on my phone and an urgent call came in) Bt mistake I duplicated an order . initially I got a form letter stating I could not cancel but the next day when I got the opportunity to write to a service agent the mistake was rectified and the charge for the second order was refunded.
