I tried using there logo and didn't like it so didn't use the logo. now they they say i use it and my logo will be removed which clearly doesn't make sense also the logo in my site is not th one they sent in the email either. i highly recommend not using design.com. So looks like even if you try it they will come after you if you don't use it either
