Support was amazing! I wanted to sign up but first needed to understand how to cancel a subscription. I contacted support and they gave very detailed instructions, quickly. Great response time! I only wish that the info was available easily to find in the Design.com FAQ section. Maybe it was there but I searched a long time with no luck. Support made me into a customer.
