On 14 December, I bought a letterhead service for USD 14, planning it as a one-time transaction. However, a month later, my card was charged USD 14 again, without any prior warning or indication that this was a recurring subscription. As soon as I noticed the charge, I logged into my account to cancel the subscription, but there was no option available to manage or cancel it. I reached out to customer support via live chat that same day and provided all the necessary details. The representative informed me that they couldn't find my account and mentioned it would take up to 24 hours to locate it and get back to me. No one contacted me within the promised timeframe. After four days, I followed up with support via email, including screenshots of the billing transaction and the Order ID. Despite having clear proof of payment, I was once again told that my account could not be found, and no solution or refund was offered. At this point: A recurring charge was applied without a clear way to cancel. There is no accessible subscription management option. Customer support has consistently failed to locate my account despite providing all billing details. No resolution or refund has been given.
