I noticed a $60 charge on our card dated 12/31/25 from a design platform. The absence of a customer service contact should have raised a red flag. They claim to have no record of any accounts or services that I previously purchased. I even provided an email with a confirmation number from the company's President, which was likely an automated response. While I am currently chatting with their support team, I suspect they will deny any knowledge of my account or the charges. This service should be reported for potentially fraudulent practices regarding recurring or subscription charges that are not disclosed on their site.
