The representative visited twice to measure for the new kitchen but still overlooked one piece (there were three separate sections) and sent incorrect measurements to the table supplier, resulting in them preparing for an 80 cm cooking plate instead of a 60 cm. We were charged extra to correct their mistake, and we also had to pay additional costs for labor to complete the work. I've attempted to contact the representative three times without receiving a response, so now I must communicate through a review platform.
