Frustrating experience with significant discrepancies

The process has been quite chaotic with different locations providing inconsistent quotes for the same project. The representative visited twice to take measurements for the new kitchen but still overlooked a component (there were three separate parts) and sent incorrect measurements to the table manufacturer, resulting in them preparing for an 80 cm cooking plate instead of a 60 cm one. We were charged extra for correcting the order, and had to pay additional costs for the workers to complete the job. I have attempted to contact the representative three times without receiving a response, and now I am forced to communicate through a review platform.

Transforming our kitchen experience

From the initial consultation to the design and advice, everything has been very professional and customer-oriented. Communication with the representative was prompt and efficient, ensuring we felt confident in our decisions. The design transformed our outdated kitchen into a modern, functional space. The representative at the Valby location provided us with excellent guidance in selecting our wardrobes, particularly in terms of design. The wardrobe we ended up with perfectly meets our needs, thanks to the helpful recommendations and precise measurements taken during the home visit. The representative also assisted us well with the delivery and installation, which was challenging due to our schedule.

Valby location experience

The service was outstanding and offered good value for money. I was looking for two things in a new kitchen: a smart design to maximize an oddly shaped room and high-quality materials. After visiting several suppliers, I chose the company. They offered the best price for high-quality fittings. The staff were patient and thoughtful with the design, which was the best I received. The layout was flexible, utilizing both 50 and 60 cm cabinets. Everything arrived as ordered, and when I requested changes, the representative was very accommodating. I’m thrilled with the outcome and level of service. I would choose them again :-)

Unacceptable delays and service issues

Avoid the company at the Oslo location. Initially, everything seemed fine, but after payment, the situation deteriorated rapidly. There was a lack of information regarding the delivery, which arrived unexpectedly one evening, contrary to their promise of 24-hour notice. Parts of the order were missing, and incorrect items were delivered. They denied any wrongdoing, and when we pointed out the errors, they promised to fix them but took a month to act. They even blamed us for their mistakes, claiming that our order was complicated. Their unprofessionalism was evident when they suggested that long delays were acceptable. It has now been 81 days since payment, and we still haven’t received what we paid for.
