I would rate this less than a zero. They have a very good looking Etsy page. Obviously they’re using AI to respond to customer inquiries. I sent them more than $1600 to build a bench for my recently deceased father to put at his favorite hiking spot. They sent me updates obviously now looking back it was AI and the date that it was supposed to be received it never came. I contacted them and they cut off all contact and they shut down their Etsy page. I was completely reimbursed by Etsy thank god.. This is a scam. It’s not just money but the time and effort that all my family put into gathering money to put a bench up for my father. The time it took to walk through all the hiking trails and hanging rock State Park with the superintendent. Marking out places in working with the entire staff, and this took months and it was embarrassing to say the least I was the lead in the project. My entire family had my trust and their money to put something up for my father, and they took my money and ghosted me. It was horrific.
