I had a very disappointing experience with Design Café OMR Thoraipakkam. During the agreement discussion, their sales manager Mr. Vimal clearly mentioned that work would start right after sign-off and 10% advance payment. Based on that assurance, I paid ₹1,00,000.However, after making the payment, they completely changed their statement, saying work will only begin after tiling completion. It’s now been over a month — no one contacted me, no measurement was taken, and all my calls are being ignored.When I asked for a refund, the team simply quoted “no refund policy,” even though zero work has been done. This clearly shows how customers are misled only for sales targets.Extremely unprofessional behavior — I would advise anyone planning to work with Design Café to get every commitment in writing before making any payment.
