Had a very bad experience with the Design cafe kharghar team. They asked for high booking amount and promised that they will do complete designing with high quality 2d and 3d renders of house which will be completed within 100 days. But to my dismay the initial design only took more than 3 months. Even the renders were of very poor quality. Then they refused to design anything other than modular. The quotation was hiked to more than 1.5 times initial and revised quote after design finalisation which included unnecessary items like wall fillers,exposed panels and skirtings which was never informed anytime before and was added later. This all and frequent design changes and the designer always making excuses and cancellation of meeting led to time waste and even after 11 months the project did not even start even when 25% of the total project value was already paid. They also changed the paint quality from premium to economical inspite of increase in project cost.I would like to tell everyone who is thinking to choose design cafe that they are frauds and don't pay even a single penny of your hard earned money as their whole strategy is to to block the booking amount and force customers to pay extra.
