However, I never received an order confirmation email, which raised my concerns. After some online research, I found negative reviews and realized I should have checked them beforehand. The company only provides email support. I reached out to cancel my order, and they replied, confirming the cancellation and stating that a refund would come within 7–14 days. Yet, over 3 months later, I still haven't seen the refund. My follow-up emails have gone unanswered. This company is a complete scam.
