However, I never got an order confirmation email, which raised my concerns. After conducting some online research, I found negative reviews and realized I should have checked them before ordering. The company only provides email support. I reached out to them to cancel the order, and they did reply, confirming the cancellation and stating that a refund would be processed within 7–14 days. Yet, over three months have passed, and I still haven't received the refund. My follow-up emails have gone unanswered. This service feels like a complete scam.

I wouldn't even give this company one star. I ordered two rugs and after 3 months without delivery, I canceled the order and requested a refund. They kept giving me excuse after excuse. Now, a month later, I still haven't received my refund. I would never use this company again. I ended up getting the same order from a different seller and received the rugs within 3 weeks.
This company is a complete scam. I've never written a review before, but this situation compelled me to. I bought a candleholder that was supposedly in stock. After 3 months and 6 messages claiming “it is just about to ship,” I requested a refund. After another 7 weeks and 8 messages apologizing for the delay and saying “we will urgently contact finance,” I still haven't received my refund. Additionally, all emails seem to come from private addresses with no sender name or company branding. Don't be fooled by the attractive website. It's a scam.
This website and company appear very credible online, claiming to be based in the US with a detailed site, but it’s likely a scam operating from abroad. Their phone lines don’t work, and it takes weeks to get a response via email (with poor English). Extremely sketchy—DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.
I placed an order for four stools on February 24, 2025. At the time, the site made it seem like the stools were in stock. The company quickly charged my credit card. As time passed, I didn't receive a shipping notice, and after many attempts to reach out, I finally got a reply saying the stools would ship in early April (a month and a half after my order). I followed up on April 16 since I hadn’t received the stools or a shipping notice. They replied on April 18 that the stools might not ship for another 4 to 6 weeks. I immediately requested to cancel my order and get a refund. On April 21, they confirmed the cancellation and said to expect a refund in 7 to 14 business days. On May 6, I asked about the refund status and was told it should be reflected in another 5 to 7 business days. They have had my money for two and a half months without delivering the product. May 9—it's been 14 business days since they approved the cancellation and refund—still no refund.
I ordered a rug in January. They falsely claimed it was available, and when I inquired about the shipping delay, they said it would ship by the end of March. I immediately canceled my order but did not receive a refund for 3 weeks. They kept saying their finance team was working on it. Eventually, I contacted my credit card company for fraud. Avoid this company at all costs. The owner is associated with another scam company.
I had a terrible experience with this company. I tried to order decor in December and didn’t hear back, so they later said it would ship in February. I requested to cancel the order on December 30, but they kept giving me the runaround for an entire month, saying “it’s with accounting, it will be 5-10 days, we can Venmo you, etc.” I finally got frustrated and disputed the charge with my credit card. Do not buy from them.
