I've had a good experience with previous orders, but my latest one placed on December 7, 2025, is still marked as 'processing' as of January 7, 2026. I've reached out via email twice, expecting a response within 24 hours, but received nothing. I also used the chat feature an hour ago, which promised a reply in 13 minutes, yet I haven't heard back. When I called the support line, I was informed they couldn't take calls due to staffing issues and that I should just email. However, they were quick to cash my check. Very frustrating.
